Xebe there doesent appear to be any explosion or fire .have a look at the photos of the truck It appears it simply ran off the road and into a ditch alongside the road e4ither bacause the driver took the corner to fast or there was mechanical failure. the most likely being brake failure because not well maintained.
Carrying people like cattle standing in the back of a truck is always going to be dangerous. As no protection even if vehicle just brakes hard.
The Caibiran police have done their short investigation and now just a few signs up and nothing moe until next time
