  I am not surprised why said event will happened because all of these issues boil down to one thing ang one thing only… politically motivated…. If one will not scratch the dynasty’s back. The bandits will not scratch you back as well.

  There is nothing new on this kind of political scenery in Biliran.
  These things happened not for the sake of common good but for the wrath of the clan whose clinging to power is overwhelmingly felt even outside Biliran.

  They bandits started it with government hired employees, then to the higher etchelons of the government servants… then they go manipulating the commercial as well as social institutions of the Province.

  They even attack the religious institution who noble job is to remind everyone about the truth and about what is right amidst all the crisis politically speaking in the island.

  These family will not stop until all the resources , both human and natural will be theirs for their own selfish end.

  I pity the people of Cabiran….. they are being hostage because of this present situation…. I pity the pople of Ibid because they are being manipulated politically and their resources stolen….. when will these bandits stop? Who among the people of Biliran can make these people realize that they were voted upon by the people to serve and not to politically coerse their opponents through judicial manipulations and dirty tactics….. Many of us Biliranons that these people can do more harm than good to the people of the island.

  If that happens Caibiran mayor’s opponent is giving her a tool to get support from people inside and outside the province…

  it will add up to the allegations that the clan is using tooth and nails to get its way in and out of Biliran politics.

  The overwhelming symapathetic support of those whose elected official who passes the same scenario cannot be prevented no matter how one will justify this crooked acts.

  Come rain or shine it boils down to the same questions as to why only now? is the decision justifiable? in what magnitude does the said act justifiable? is it legally binding or morally acceptable/ If said questions remain outstanding then don’t blame me if the support and the backing up of the people who are pro and anti dynasty will turn the table down and give the Caibiran Mayor the support she deserves.

  Hello there somewhere, are you from Caibiran?

  It appears to me you’re not.

  Do you think that just because of a dispute with Civil Service Commission Mayor Delante will be suspended? Don’t be naive somewhere!

  Am wondering where were now the municipal council of Caibiran? Are they now confused on who will they follow? Mayor Delante danced with the music of Gov Espina, and look what she got? Tsk! Tsk! Tsk! Anyway, neither the Mayor has no brains too, she really depends on her adviser/s and can’t decide for herself.

  Its very clear now that the municipal councilors of Caibiran were all prostitutes! They’re selling their loyalties to the highest bidder.

  By the way, somewhere, i dare you to find out for yourself who these personalities in Caibiran, namely:
  1. Daisy Rostata
  2. Laloy Maderazo
  3. Bulak Delante

  Feel free and find out what have they done to the town. Left no stone unturned…. Good luck somewhere.
