AGIO prexy thanks members

Naval, Biliran – Second time elected president of the Association of Governent Information Officers (AGIO) of the province of Biliran, Dionisio Oliva, Jr. thanked its members for their vote of confidence by reelecting him from among its 40 members.
AGIO members are information officers, and designated information officers in the 32 national government agencies based in the capital town of Naval, and designated community development information officers (CDIOs) in the eight municipalities of the province of Biliran.
In his letter of thanks to its members, Oliva enclosed the list of those in attendance to the January 11, 2011, meeting showing the members’ agency, office designation, telephone numbers, email address, and position in the organization.
Also enclosed in each letter is a membership forms for its member to fill up to update authentic data of the concerned member. Other vital informations were also asked to strengthen links and to conveniently access each member in its future endeavors relative to information dissemination of government programs.
These data, Oliva believes, will help each member expediently gather and disseminate data for public awareness.
To keep each member’s faces in memory, ID pictures were required for submission preferably via email at olivajx@gmail.com to preserve its quality for a better result. # (PIA Biliran)
