Improvement of water system in Caibiran town on-going

NAVAL, Biliran – The municipality of Caibiran through Mayor Eulalio Maderazo is undergoing improvement of its water system.
This was revealed by Mayor Maderzo himself, in an interview with PIA, Biliran Provincial Information Center.

He said the project when completed is expected to improve pressure of water running through the pipes along the main lines up to the water connections in the residences.
He added that the project has a total cost of P900,000.
Aside from the improvement of the water system in Caibiran town, Mayor Maderazo bared that presently they are constructing a municipal stage at the multi-purpose building just across the municipal hall.
The structure, he said, is very important as this can be used by the LGU of Caibiran, the schools in the municipality and other groups during their social activities and programs.
Mayor Maderazo informed that the construction of the municipal stage in his town has a total budget of P1,000,000.
On the other had, he bared that his municipality through the Municipal Agriculturist Office (MAO) has already completed the vaccination of all dogs in town including the barangays.
“Considering that Caibiran is a big town, but MAO-Caibiran mananged to complete the vaccination of dogs shortly after the celebration of the Rabies Awareness Month in March, this year,” he added.
“For agriculture, we are implementing the regular programs and activities to increase production of more vegetables and fruits in our farmlands. (eopt/FEJ/PIA 8 Biliran)

what a pity, caibiranhons, please open up your mind and eyes, its happening again, he and his cronies are doing it all over again…. doing projects which are not budgeted just for the sake of getting the money from the kaban ng caibiran,if you are vigilants try to do a little spying, you will know that they are not transparent as they claim to be…….. try to look into the meat of the projects they are so proud to accomplish and you will know the truth…….those pipes are kind of donation from manila, and yet they are claiming that its from the money of caibiran……..hehehehe its just a opener from a very good source…….TRANPARENCY where are you??????

mga caibiranhon,congratulations….swerte mo usa mo sa priority ni cong.espina?kung unsa ang nakita ninyo sa naval labi na kanang drainage system?mao usab kana ang gusto nilang buhaton diha sa inyong lugar aron masuklian ang dako kayo ninyo nga tabang sa ilang kada ugan sa milabay nga eleksyon.gusto sa atong congressman nga mahimong maanindot ang poblacion sa caibiran,kay ang naval human gitagaan ug daghang kaayohan dili nalang nato hisgutan kay naa makita man?apan unsay ilang gibuhat ila pang gihimong dautan …kinsa pa may ganahan mutabng sa naval? Sanglit may katarungan ang mga espina,kung diin sila nga lugar nga maoy naghatag kanila ug kumpyansa aw natural maoy tagaan pod nila ug importansya.para sa ako marisi ra pod sa taga naval?gusto man gud nila nga sila ra pirmi ang panginanuon,ug dagko pa gyud ug mga buot?maayo mangistorya?apan pakandidatoha bisan silingan dili botaran…..he,he,he,ay lang mo kasuko tinuod man pod.

@louie, luoya nimo oi, naunsa man ka, d ba ka kabalo nga gikan na sa caibiran nga kwarta nga gigasto sa mayor, naa intawon na sa ilang aip, 1.3 million man siguro na nga budget sa caibiran gikan na ilang IRA, so ngano man nga nakaingon ka nga gihatag na sa imong congressman? tinuod bitaw na, na sa caibiran nakakuha ug dakong butos sila kay klaro man kaayo ang panlimbong sa caibiran, ulawa ana no kay nakadaug lang mo sa panlimbong….. hehehehyaw pud kasuko kay tinuod man pud na siya………

ikaw pulangsi gabura na sad na imu baba ug sulti ug transparency..ang imu amo unsa man nahitabo sa iya bus ingun sya goverment property nya nahatag wala kay iyaha diay..sus maayo nala ni krun kay klaro na para sa kaayuhan sa tawo..mao ni importante dli ng mga free rides kuno pro pinili nya ang uban kolektahan pa,,,paghilom ha,,,.tan aw nala sa improvement..maayo nala gani ni na naayo na caibiran krun kay nahunahunaan ni sa bago na mayor ug sa ato na cong.na bag o..sa dati nakahunahuna wala..
