First councilor Judito Villa of Barangay Sto Niño in Naval, Biliran, who was stabbed and shot in Barangay Tamarindo, Almeria by still unidentified two armed assailants at around 9:30 in the evening on April 16, 2012 has passed away today at around 5 o’clock in the afternoon. Motive of the killing is still unknown and suspects are still at large.
Meanwhile, in the other side of the province a 15 year old girl from Sitio Lawaan in Barangay Balaquid, Cabucgayan was raped at around 9 in the evening on April 16,2012. The girl was raped twice by 2 still unidentified motorcyle riding men. The suspects are still at large as of the moment-Cabucgayan MSWDO Josefina Cordeta.

Pulis Gising!!! not only in Almeria and Cabucgayan but the whole province as well especially in Naval.
Kay ngano sa Naval man pod? Sa tingin ko talamak na ang Druga dinhi sa ato. Ngano nga nakaingon ko, because one time pagbaba nako sa sasakyan at around 12 noon, diha mismo kilid sa WAD Mall, naay usa ka tawo (around 20-30 yrs old) nga ning ingon sa ako “Sir” unnya nag sinyas sa papaghid sa iyang usa ka tudlo ubos sa iyang ilong. Wa ko masayod niini ug unsa kadto, pero na-pickup ra nako sa ikaduhang pang-ingon nya ug Sir”" unya paghid sa ilong. I understood he was selling drugs.
I tried to look for a Policeman to report it, but nobody was around. I then went away.
Do you think the Police in Naval know this actiity? Is anyone protecting them or are the police themselves are protecting these drug pushers.

mahina talaga ang investegation sa pnp jan sa biliran…
mabilis yan sila pag inbestiga , pag p-3 or swer-3 ang huhulhin,, kc ma pupuno ang bulsa nila…trnsaction lang yan.. mga toytoy mga pnp jan sa biliran… daming unsolve crimen….. hahahaha.. IGO

basin naa sad to sya sala mao gibalusan cya,kay ang tawo nga walay giutangan dili paninglon…dili ta makabasul sa mga pulis bisan ang uban patay2 sa serbisyo.member na kung maayo kang tawo dili abusado wala kay kontra ug peacefull ang life dba…….
