In Memoriam. Atty. Ruben L. Almadro, political hopeful from Biliran, passed away at dawn today.
Atty. Almadro died of heart attack at St. Luke’s Hospital.
He is a Former Officer of the Philippine Stock Exchange, witness at the Estrada impeachment trial, and a native of Cabucgayan, Biliran.

Our condolence to our kababayan Atty. Ruben L.Almadro. A son of Cabucgayan whom we are proud of: A youth leadership advocate, a professional, a politician, a nationalist, a patriot, a great leader who wasn’t given the chance to serve his province.
