Update (July 27, 2012 02:08 pm): Small landslide in San Pablo. Flooding going on in Atipolo, Agpangi, Sabang, Caraycaray, San Pablo, Calumpang, Catmon, and Larrazabal. – Vice-Mayor Redy Villordon.

Update (July 27, 2012 10:00 am): All classes in Biliran Island now suspended.

DPWH units now on stand by for possible landslides. Biliran provincial gov’t have ready trucks to transport possible evacuees and relief goods.
