TOTAL BLACKOUT IN BILIRAN ISLAND DUE TO TYPHOON FERIA

Naval, Biliran – A power outage hit this island about 4 p.m. Tuesday as typhoon Feria`s strong winds and rain battered the Island`s power infrastructure.

So far, the BILECO has yet to say when power will be restored as they were “still assessing the damage” as of posting time.

      This is one political filipino trait when it comes to election that MUST change! Nobody concedes defeat, ug pilde gilingbugan. Labi na ni si Glenn, anogon jud kay I thought when he first won na he would be an example of how a winner should portent to be, instead nagsigue lang ug pang yawyaw nga walay hinundan against the Espina’s! So the people wised up and threw him under the bus! Let this be a lesson to upcoming politicians na ug magdaug mo do the job that the people elected you to do, and stop going after the person that you defeated!
