      Hello,Does this land have all the proper documents and all taxes paid up to date? Is the price firm or negotiable? Is the land in between the proberty and the sea owned by someone else or goverment owned land? Just asking!!!!

      {ppcode}Yes it comes with all official papers. Yes the tax has been paid until the end of the year 2011. The land on the front cannot be built on by anyone but you. For example a boat ramp, jetty etc. You just need to get a permit from the government which you should be able to get with no problems. The price is not negotiable but you can make an offer.
